925 Euclid heads to sale offering
When it was built in 1924, 925 Euclid was one of the largest office buildings on the planet and had the largest bank lobby in the world. Now it’s being offered for sale among the likes of auto parts stores, fast food joints and other retail properties whose owners could no longer manage or financially support them.

In 2022, NEOtrans reported on a wave of Hough construction projects which added a total of nearly 300 homes across four projects (Park Lamont, The Lumos, Addis View Apartments, and Gordon Crossing). Now, a flurry of groundbreakings — both residential and non-residential — are continuing that trend.

Shortly after low-fare carriers Frontier Airlines announced service reductions and Spirit Airlines announced it was ceasing its remaining service to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, a new low-fare airline is stepping in to fill the void with two new routes.
