CSA Group, a global provider of testing, inspection and certification services, announced today that it will relocate and expand its U.S. Head Office to Valor Acres – a mixed-use, lifestyle center in suburban Brecksville.

Ironwood Flats panned, fast-tracked

The design of Ironwood Flats was inspired by neighboring, historic houses in Cleveland’s
Slavic Village with gables and different colored sections to break up the massing of the

Despite Cleveland City Planning Commission calling the design for a proposed affordable senior housing development in Slavic Village as unoriginal and its location isolated from community amenities, it urged that the project be approved in an expedited manner.

925 Euclid heads to sale offering

Cleveland, 925 Euclid’s prominence got taken down a few notches by being put up
for auction alongside auto parts stores, fast food joints and other retail properties

When it was built in 1924, 925 Euclid was one of the largest office buildings on the planet and had the largest bank lobby in the world. Now it’s being offered for sale among the likes of auto parts stores, fast food joints and other retail properties whose owners could no longer manage or financially support them.

Hough building boom continues

Avelo Airlines expanding to Cleveland

Avelo Airlines is expanding to Cleveland starting in June with two new routes using
