Branded: Cuyahoga County’s first lakefront high-rise in 53 years

It has a new brand, a Web site, a wait list and a place already cemented in Greater Cleveland’s history. But what Naia Noir doesn’t have are modern competitors. In fact, after scouring our Lake Erie waterfront and Cuyahoga County records, NEOtrans contends that this is the first lakefront residential high-rise built in Cuyahoga County in 53 years.

Sterle’s site to become Living at 55

Living at 55 is an affordable senior housing complex planned at the site of where Sterle’s

After a brief pause, the next chapter for a block of East 55th Street, between Bonna and Prosser avenues, is proposed to begin. That block, in Cleveland’s St. Clair-Superior neighborhood, held Frank Sterle’s Slovenian Country House for 68 years — an icon in Cleveland’s Slovenian and Croatian communities.

New apartment complex sought near Clinic

The St. Agnes Church bell tower on Euclid Avenue once called parishioners to services. Now
it is calling residents to the site in the form of a proposed new apartment building. But the
bigger draw is Cleveland Clinic’s growing Main Campus, just two blocks to the

A potentially large, mixed-use residential-retail development is in the early stages of planning, to be located just west of the Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus. The site, 8000 Euclid Ave., notes a familiar, yet neglected city-designed landmark — the former bell tower of St. Agnes Church in the Fairfax neighborhood.

Port OKs $60m for Cleveland, Highland Hills redevelopments

Care by medical staff is only part of the recovery for the sick and the injured. The rest is personal care by loved ones, which is shown to make a big difference in helping patients recover more quickly, said Ari Jaffe, a board member at Bikur Cholim of Cleveland.

Glenville renovation a blessing to Circle North
