Dust rarely settles on Cleveland Clinic’s real estate staff. They’re always out shopping for more land to accommodate growth. And their latest acquisitions for the Main Campus are concentrated along its southern fringes on Cedar Avenue for two different reasons.

Cross-lake ferry service floated

Lake-shipping distance from the Port of Cleveland to Wheatley Harbour in Ontario is 55
miles or two to three hours. By land, it’s more than 200 miles or at least 3.5 hours, depend-

The Port of Cleveland and Milo Harbour Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to initiate a new cross-lake truck ferry service between Northeast Ohio and Southern Ontario. But if you’re looking to catch a ride as a passenger, your ship has yet to come in.

Next-gen IKEA store coming to Greater Cleveland

format IKEA store — Greater Cleveland’s first such location for the global retailer. This is an

major new tenant for the western-suburban lifestyle center will officially be announced

Flexjet to add nearly 1,000 jobs

global headquarters at Cuyahoga County Airport in Richmond Heights. The nearly 51,500-
