Between new railcars, upgraded stations, rebuilt tracks, and Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority’s (GCRTA) Blue and Green lines are benefitting from hundreds of millions of dollars in investment that could reshape the future of the city’s least-used rail transit lines.
